The wine shows a bright golden-straw colour. On the nose it reveals notes of dried apricots, confit peaches, apricot pie, a hint of kumquat, ginger, a touch of tangerine zest, a nice fruit purity. The palate is sweet without being cloying, the acidity is zesty and balancing well the sugars. The palate demonstrates notes of grapefruit zest, pomelo, yuzu, a slight acetic touch adding complexity and freshness. The finish is fruity, pure, invigorating and gourmet. A perfectly balanced, delicious wine.
