The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension, a slight acid frame, fat as well as a small straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon and quince associated with small notes of almond, candied pear, candied mirabelle as well as slight touches of almond, nutmeg, roasted pineapple, honey and a very discreet hint of butter (in the background).
