The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant, racy, mineral and offers a slight richness. It reveals notes of yellow peach, Williams pear and slight notes of passion fruits associated with a touch of fresh apricot as well as slight touches of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, gourmand, straight, slightly unctuous and offers fat, a good mineral frame as well as a slight straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed pear, peach and slight notes of passion fruits associated with a subtle touch of dry apricot as well as subtle touches of racy minerality and very discreet toasted touches / vanilla (in the background). Good length.
