Santi – Ca’ Bordenis 2019 – Bordolino Classico

Santi – Ca’ Bordenis 2019 – Bordolino Classico

The nose offers a small gourmandize, a fine power as well as a discreetly tight grain. It reveals notes of cassis leaf, pulpy small red fruits and small notes of strawberries associated with small touches of cassis as well as fine hints of dry local grove / laurel and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small tension, a small minerality as well as a discreet unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh cherry, crushed red berries and small notes of cassis associated with fine hints of cherry blossoms, cassis leaf, sweet spices as well as a subtle hint of laurel berries and cocoa on the finish. Good length.
