The nose is elegant, precisely led and offers power and intensity with precision and depth, controlled power, complexity and a nice definition of its grain. It expresses notes of violet, purple plum and slight notes of cherry, associated with delicate touches of small wild black berries, and juniper berries as well as hints of black pepper, and dry garrigue. The mouth is juicy, fruity and offers elegance, power, concentration, density, and a nice purity in its straightness, tension, freshness, a nice precise structure. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, dry blackcurrant and small notes of dry garrigue (anise, rosemary, olive tree), as well as hints of black olive, cocoa/mocha, as well as hints of racy minerality, roasted cherry, fine hints of small, dense black juniper berries.
