Saincrit 2.0 2021 – Bordeaux Supérieur

(No sulphites added) The nose is fruity, fresh and reveals lovely fresh red fruit. There are notes of fresh/crunchy raspberry, fresh red currant and more slightly of fresh flowers combined with fine hints of fresh blackberry, discrete hints of sense of place and a discreet touch of pepper. The palate is fruity and reveals freshness, minerality, dynamism, fine tension and a fine linear quality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh/pulpy raspberry, fresh/pulpy blackberry and more slightly red currant combined with delicate nuances of fresh almond, fresh rose and an imperceptible hint of chocolate (in the background). A finely pronounced finish.
