The nose is fruity and offers a slight juiciness, a bit powerful, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a velvety sensation. It reveals notes of cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of Cuben pepper associated with touches of scrubland (olive, rosemary, thyme), blueberry, pepper as well as hints of spices and caramelization / toasted hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, gourmandise, a slight minerality, an acidulous frame as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, black cherry and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of fleshy raspberry, tonka bean, cardamom as well as discreet hints of black olive, flowers, caramelization and an imperceptible hint of thyme (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length. A juicy, gourmand and well-built wine !
