The nose offers elegance as well as a small richness / concentration. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of fleshy pear, fleshy brugnon and small notes of quince associated with touches of beeswax, spices, flowers and toasted almonds. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, suavity, a beautiful acidulous frame, finesse, gourmandise, a fine tension as well as a good fineness of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, quince and small notes of juicy mirabelle associated with touches of juicy lemon / mandarin as well as fine hints of white fruit (apple), butter and beeswax. Good length.
