The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, tension, minerality, a fine fat, small tension, precision as well as generosity/gourmandize. on the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, quince and small notes of quenette/litchee associated with fine touches of minerality, Mirabelle plum/kumquat as well as very discreet hints of bee wax/spices. Good length.
