The palate is fresh, fruity, racy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a beautiful definition, an acidulous frame, a beautiful suavity, tension, dynamism, roundness, sapidity, a very fine richness (in the background) as well as a good finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy black cherry and small notes of crushed wild strawberry associated with small touches of fleshy/fresh blueberry, hints of caramelization, chocolate as well as fine hints of cornflower, lily (in the background) and a very discreet hint of toasted almond. A beautiful and gourmande persistance.
