It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy/juicy violet plum, small notes of small red berries associated with touches of cherry, violet, lilac as well as very fine hints of toasted, cardamom, a very discreet hint of grilled and a subtle hint of citrus. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, mineral and offers a beautiful definition, tension, richness as well as a certain power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy cassis, fleshy/juicy Boysen berry, small notes of plum associated with touches of small red berries as well as hints of violet, lilac, a subtle hint of small acidulous/ripe berries, hints of toasted, tonka bean, cardamom, a very discreet hint of caramelization and tobacco. Good length. An imperceptible hint of dry grape and small hints of chocolate on the persistence.
