The nose is elegant and offers fitness, richness and deepness. It reveals notes of wild cassis, small black fruits and small notes of toasted/tonka bean associated with fine touches of roasted, raspberry and small notes of small blue berries, cornflower as well as very discreet hints of cardamom, Cuben pepper, spices and an imperceptible hint of bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, fresh and offers minerality, a fresh/elegant frame, richness and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy/ripe blackberry and small notes of strawberry associated with a touch of juicy/fresh plum as well as hints of toasted, chocolate and small notes of discreet hints of sweet spices. Good length and persistence.
