(87% Sauvignon Blanc, 13% Semillon) The nose is elegant, delicate and fruity. It reveals notes of ripe white fruits and flowers combined with touches of citrus, as well as notes of hazelnut, slight notes of lemon and a few slight woody notes. The palate is elegant, well-balanced, ample, round, full and offers an acid frame as well as a beautiful silky / slightly creamy matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of apple and Golden apple associated with slight touches of citrus, a discreet touch of exotic fruits as well as a few elegant woody notes and slight notes of brioche. Good length.
