(76% Sauvignon Blanc, 24% Semillon) The nose is fruity, gourmand and aromatic. It reveals notes of peach, marmalade and honey combined with slight notes of dried fruits, apricot and walnut. The palate is fruity, mineral, balanced, aromatic, nicely done and offers a nice matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of peach and apricot combined with slight notes of walnut / hazelnut, lemon, candied fruit, marmalade as well as touches of honey and toasted touches. Good length and persistence.
