The nose is fruity and concentrated. It reveals notes of cassis and concentrated redcurrant combined with hints of blackberry, dark chocolate, spices as well as slight hints of coffee and tobacco. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, an acid frame, dynamism, a good structure as well as power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, ripe / crushed redcurrants and small notes of wild raspberry associated with small touches of dark chocolate / cocoa, spices, sage as well as discreet hints of pepper, spices and an imperceptible hint of grove. The finish is a bit powerful.
