The nose is fruity and offers concentration, a slight freshness as well as elegance. It reveals notes of ripe white fruit and vanilla associated with small notes of ripe lemon, ripe tangerine as well as subtle hints of hazelnut and a very subtle hint of exotic fruits. The mouth is fresh (good freshness!), fruity, well-balanced and offers good definition, a slight acid frame, freshness, roundness, a beautiful guideline, finesse as well as a good structure and a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe apple, ripe / juicy flat peach and sligt touches of ripe lemon, zest, exotic fruits combined with discreet vanilla hints, salinity, discreet hazelnut / toasted hints, racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of dry local forest. Good length and good persistence.
