The nose is fresh and offers a slight power as well as a slight minerality. It reveals notes of pear, passion fruits, mirabelle plum and small notes of citrus zest associated with very discreet hint of minerality. The mouth is mineral, racy and offers juiciness, freshness (fresh frame), a slight acidity, tension, precision, suavity, finesse as well as a beautiful balance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy mirabelle plum, pear and small notes of juicy nectarine associated with fine vanilla touches, fine toasted touches as well as a hint of salinity and slight hints of juicy fresh quince. Very slight chews and gourmandise on the finish. Good length and beautiful persistence. A beautiful wine!
