(87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc) The nose is elegant and offers a certain hardness (Cabernet). It reveals notes of cassis and a touch of blackberry, cassis bud associated with a very discreet hint of bell pepper, a fine touch of flowers (violets) as well as touches of sweet spices. The Cabernet Franc brings all its elegance. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a good definition and a certain tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry and cassis combined with touches of cassis cream, black cherries as well as a fine touch roasting, coffee (on the finish) and a hint of cornflower. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length and persistence.
