The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is aromatic and fresh. It expresses aromas of white peach, white strawberry, white nectarine and almond blossom. On the palate, there are notes of crunchy stone fruits (white peach, fresh apricot, white nectarine), fresh grapes and a slight hint of bitterness of pink grapefruit. The foam is fine, airy and refreshing. Nice length in the mouth, with notes of sweet clementine, candied lime and a supple acidity. Softness and good balance.
