It reveals notes of plum, black cherry and small notes of fleshy/juicy red fruits associated with fine hints of liquorice, flowers and spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy and offers a beautiful finesse in richness/power, a small concentration as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, fleshy/juicy Quetsche plum and small notes of blueberry associated with small touches of fleshy/juicy raspberry, fine hints of liquorice, peony/violet as well as a discreet hint of graphite/incense and zan. Tannins are fine, elegant and offer a discreet firmness. There is a hint of chocolate on the persistence.
