The Riberach project started in 2006 with 20 acres of vineyard, with the aim of making wines that reflect terroir, soil and climate. A blend of Macabeu, Carignan, Grenache Blanc & Grenache Gris, this wine is dry and filled with fresh citrus fruit expression. Other aromas include white flowers, fennel, white pepper and a decent salinity for added complexity. Overly easy-going, slender and delicate.
