The nose is slightly tight and offers a small creaminess, intensity, a fine power as well as richness. There are notes of blackberry cream, crushed raspberry and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with small touches of crushed small black fruits, cherry blossoms, lilies, hints of liquorice as well as very discreet hints of toasted / caramelized and milk chocolate. The palate is mineral and offers freshness, a mineral frame, unctuosity, a quite fine grain as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crème de cassis, crushed strawberry and small notes of pulpy blackberry associated with small touches of crushed cherry, cherry blossoms as well as hints of racy minerality, cherry pit, caramelization, a hint of hazelnut and toasted. Good length. Presence of an imperceptible sapid / saline hint on the persistence.
