The nose is aromatic and relatively powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry, blueberry, plum and slight notes of red fruits (raspberry, strawberry…) associated with slight hints of liquorice and spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, juicy, ample and offers a small aerial side as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of plum, blackberry and black cherry associated with hints of redcurrant as well as discreet woody hints and a hint of mocha. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. There are very slight hints of caramelization on the aftertaste.
