The nose is aromatic, quite elegant and offers a slight minerality. It reveals notes of fresh quince and slight notes of fresh mirabelle, brioche associated with a subtle toasted hint, butter and fresh citrus. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, minerality, suavity, a slight unctuosity, gourmandise, straightness, freshness as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, mandarin paste and mirabelle associated with slight toasted notes, brioche as well as a hint of butter and an imperceptibel hint of crushed pear. Good length.
