The nose is fruity, flowery and offers a fine gourmandize. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, violet and slightly raspberry associated with touches of lily, Sichuan pepper as well as fine hints of spices and a very discreet hint of cinnamon. The palate is fruity and offers smoothness, minerality, a little fat (a little spherical), a mineral frame as well as a very fine salinity (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, pulpy blackberry and slightly raspberry associated with touches of saline minerality, licorice, lily, lilac as well as hints of cardamom and a subtle hint of chocolate black (background). Tannins are precise and well developed. Good length. Presence of a subtle saline hint at the bottom.
