here is a nice lingering foam that reveals a nice golden yellow color. The nose is fruity and intense, different. We have a small note of tomato sauce with smooth fruits. Little by little, flowers appear, such as peony, hyacinth and antique rose. We also perceive black pepper, fresh melon and blood orange. The palate is fresh with spices like vanilla and cinnamon. The whole is lively and the discreet finish is salivating with a beautiful iodized minerality. The whole ends finely on almond milk and fresh almond shell.
