The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a good definition as well as a certain intensity. There are notes of blackberry, fresh violet and small notes of of fresh peony associated with touches of crushed strawberry, pulpy cherry as well as hints of small blue fruits, liquorice, vanilla, a discreet hint of bay laurel and fresh hazelnut. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a good definition, energy, racy minerality as well as crunchy / juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cherry, rose and small notes of small red berries associated with touches of peony, juicy purple plum, juicy blackberry as well as hints of liquorice stick, tobacco, subtle hints of bay laurel, vanilla and an imperceptible almost saline hint on the finish / persistence.
