The White Springs Vineyard is a unique site based on a particular limestone soil. This gives an obvious minerality to the wine. The nose is elegant with delicate aromas of white peaches, white flowers, citrus zest and a slight salinity. The texture is rich and round but well balanced out with the intricate acidity levels. Its poise quality and evenness gives it an outstanding lingering.
