The nose reveals notes of candied fruit and slight notes of beeswax, spices and acacia. The palate is fresh. In the mouth it reveals notes of citrus paste, quince, fig and lemon and then gives way to notes of white fruit (apple, pear), flowers, honey and spices. Good length.
