Raptor Ridge – Pinot Gris 2018 – Willamette Valley

The nose is fruity and offers a very fine power. It reveals notes of quince, dry zests and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with fine touches of spices and discreet hints of racy minerality. The mouth is fruity and offers an acidulous/juicy frame, a good juiciness and a small tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy citrus (lemon, mandarine) and a small note of kumquat associated with juicy peach as well as fine hints of small acidulous/crunchy plum. Good length.
