On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry / cherry, blueberry and small notes of juicy cassis associated with small touches of flowers, juicy raspberry, slight hints of orange, liquorice stick / zan, tea Ceylon as well as hints of spices. Tannins are fine, elegant and very discreetly firm. Very beautiful persistence (with notes of caramelization, pâtisseries and melted dark chocolate).
