The nose is elegant, captivating, fruity and delicate. It reveals notes of black cherry, blackberry and ripe wild cassis associated with small notes of tobacco, spices, cardamom, licorice, small touches of flowers and a discreet sappy hint, flowers, pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers precision, suavity, a small roundness, a fine juiciness, a small power, a gourmand side, a very beautiful finesse, delicacy, a fine acidulous frame, a fine straightness, freshness as well as a captivating / mysterious side and a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed blackberry, sour cherry and small notes of chocolate, pâtisseries, tobacco associated with fine / discreet hints of cigar / tobacco, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of spices. Gourmandise and a fine chew on the finish. A beautiful balance between finesse, elegance, gourmandise and density!
