The wine shows a pale lemon colour with a silver hue. The nose is intensely smoky, complemented by fresh citrus notes and a hint of wet stones. The palate shows a lot of acidity and tension, opening up with nuances of lemon and lime flesh and zest. Salty, slightly bitter finish is long and refreshing.
