The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a juicy frame, tension, precision, suavity, fat, gourmandise, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a fine airy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, crystallized quince and small notes of candied zest associated with touches of crystallized mandarin, crystallized pineapple as well as slight hints of apricot, flowers, beeswax and an imperceptible hint of tea / cedar. Good length and persistence. There is a very discreet hint of almond on the persistence.
