The nose is elegant, racy and offers power, a fine concentration as well as a nice grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, plum and crispy strawberry Gariguette associated with touches of toasted oak, spices, cardamom as well as very discreet hints of tonka bean and Cuben pepper. The palate is mineral (nice minerality), elegant, suave, delicate, silky, a bit aeral, racy and offers juiciness, a slight mineral frame, a slight juiciness, a good definition, freshness as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild strawberry, raspberry and slight notes of cherry associated with slight touches of purple plum, violet as well as very discreet hints of liquorice, spices, wood and a imperceptible hint of Ceylon tea. Tannins are elegant.
