The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers gourmandize as well as a certain small power. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, pulpy blackberry and small notes of bright raspberry associated with touches of crushed redcurrants as well as hints of chocolate, lilac, toast, a very discreet hint of vanilla and pepper. The palate is fruity, framed and offers juiciness, gourmandize, an acidulous frame, a certain tension as well as crunchiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy / fresh cherry, crunchy / fresh red berries and small notes of iris, lilac associated with touches of juicy blackberry as well as fine hints of crunchy / acidulous plum, toasted and almond. Presence of a very discreet hint of cocoa on the back / persistence.
