It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, pulpy blackberry and small notes of bright raspberry associated with touches of crushed redcurrants as well as hints of chocolate, lilac, toast, a very discreet hint of vanilla and pepper. The palate is fruity, framed and offers juiciness, gourmandize, an acidulous frame, a certain tension as well as crunchiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy / fresh cherry, crunchy / fresh red berries and small notes of iris, lilac associated with touches of juicy blackberry as well as fine hints of crunchy / acidulous plum, toasted and almond. Presence of a very discreet hint of cocoa on the back / persistence.
