The nose is fruity, juicy and offers elegance, a certain balanced richness as well as a bright citrus/acidulous side. It reveals notes of bright quince, bright kumquat and small notes of vine peach associated with touches of racy minerality as well as hints of honeysuckle/fresh verbena and fine hints of lime/lemongrass. The palate is fruity, mineral, tangy and offers tension, gourmandize, a nice small roundness, a nice matter/texture as well as a beautiful/fine tangy structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed peach/nectarine, kumquat and small notes of lime associated with touches of quénette, pink grapefruit as well as discreet hints of elderflower, wild verbena and a hint honeysuckle. Good length. Acidulous and slightly saline/sapid finish. Good work on the good bitterness on the finish/persistence.
