The nose is aromatic, powerful and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a small complexity and a small multi-layer side. It reveals notes of dry mandarine, dry zests, small notes of orange associated with small touches of peach flowers, pear as well as fine hints of fresh apricot, nutmeg, orange flowers, discreet hints of cedrat, cedar and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful dimension, a fine chiseled side, a beautiful fine grain as well as power, a fine acidulous frame (in the background), precision and a beautiful definition. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of crystallized mandarine, orangette, small notes of crystallized lemon associated with small touches of caramel peach, pear, white flowers as well as small hints of pâtisserie, nutmeg, cedar, a subtle hint of sugared mild tobacco, a discreet hint of pepper and an imperceptible hint of rose wood.
