The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful dimension, a fine chiseled side, a beautiful fine grain as well as power, a fine acidulous frame (in the background), precision and a beautiful definition. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of crystallized mandarine, orangette, small notes of crystallized lemon associated with small touches of caramel peach, pear, white flowers as well as small hints of pâtisserie, nutmeg, cedar, a subtle hint of sugared mild tobacco, a discreet hint of pepper and an imperceptible hint of rose wood.
