The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a slight richness, a good definition as well as a slight complexity. It reveals notes of boysenberry, raspberry and small notes of balsamic associated with touches of cassis, violet, mocha as well as a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper and dry local vegetation. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers fat, density, an acidulous frame as well as a small minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, black cherry and small notes of chocolate associated with small touches of balsamic, blueberry as well as discreet hints of local vegetation, olive, violet and a very discreet hint of cardamom. Tannins are fine, structuring and very discreetly mellow. Good juiciness.
