It reveals notes of cassis and crunchy blackberry associated with small touches of fresh raspberry, crunchy cherry, Cuben pepper, hints of spices, Zan as well as very discreet hints of black olive and scrubland / roasted thyme. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy and offers precision, gourmandise as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh cassis and juicy / fresh cherry associated with small touches of small berries, crunchy raspberry, liquorice, caramelization, thyme as well as very discreet hints of vanilla and black olive (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
