The nose is elegant, well-built and offers power and finesse. It reveals notes of black cherry, cassis and small notes of blackberry, kirsh cherry associated with slight / discreet touches of chocolate, caramelization as well as an imperceptible hint of violet and a very discreet hint of coffee. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offers a good definition, elegance, precision, a beautiful finesse of the grain/finesse, harmony as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, cassis and small notes of raspberry, redcurrant jam associated with small / slight touches of licorice / liquorice stick, spices as well as a very discreet hint of caramelization / sweet spices on the finish. Tannins are very fine, elegant and slightly firm.
