The nose is fruity, racy, relatively powerful and offers finesse. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, plum and discreet touch of blueberry associated with a slight hint of strawberry as well as notes of liquorice, violet and a hint of toasted/caramelized. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, supple and offers a nice mineral frame, a good density as well as a silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, plum jam and slight notes of blueberry, strawberry/raspberry associated with slight notes of toasted oak/caramelized oak as well as hints of chocolate. Tannins are fine and supple. Good length.
