The nose is fruity, pure and offers a small intensity, precision as well as a fine straightness. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, ripe strawberry and small notes of wild raspberry associated with a touch of crushed blackberry, a fine touch of ripe redcurrants, fine hints of sweet spices, cardamom, eucalyptus as well as a discreet hint of local grove, a very discreet hint of fresh tobacco and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a small gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, minerality, precision as well as a very fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy raspberry and small notes of strawberry associated with a touch of crushed redcurrants, fine hints of flowers (lily, violet, lilac …), eucalyptus, chocolate as well as very fine hints of sweet spices, fresh blond tobacco, racy minerality and toasted / toasted almond. Good length.
