It reveals notes of cassis, morello cherry and small notes of crushed blackberry associated with touches of crunchy small red fruits, cherry blossoms, liquorice stick, cardamom as well as very discreet hints of rose and pink pepper. The mouth is fresh, fruity, mineral, beautifully defined / precise, beautifully elegant and offers an aerial side, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful finesse of the tension, verticality, a fine acidulous frame as well as power. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of fleshy / juicy cassis, crushed blueberry and small notes of jammy cherry associated with touches of small red berries, hints of violet, fresh cornflowers as well as slight hints of dark chocolate, liquorice, coffee, caramelized almonds, cedarwood and an imperceptible hint of black tea. Tannins are elegant. Good length. Well-balanced power on the finish.
