The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity and power. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, ripe blackcurrant and small notes of ripe strawberry associated with fine touches of violet, liquorice, cherry as well as very discreet grassy hints and a subtle hint of Sichuan pepper/tea. The mouth is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, suavity, a good definition and a small richness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe strawberry, ripe Boysen berry and small notes of ripe quitch plum associated with fine touches of cherry as well as hints of rose, cornflower and very fine hints of chocolate and caramelization.
