The nose is aromatic, racy and offers a fine power. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, Quetsche plum and small notes of wild strawberry associated with a touch of cherry, spices, cloves as well as fine hints of zan, nutmeg and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, suavity, juiciness, a fine unctuosity as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, fleshy / juicy strawberry and small notes of juicy raspberry associated with touches of acidulous Quetsche plum, cherry blossoms as well as hints of cloves, chocolate, caramelization and a discreet hint of nutmeg. Good length.
