The palate is fruity, well-well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, suavity, juiciness, a fine unctuosity as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, fleshy / juicy strawberry and small notes of juicy raspberry associated with touches of acidulous Quetsche plum, cherry blossoms as well as hints of cloves, chocolate, caramelization and a discreet hint of nutmeg. Good length.
