The nose is fruity and offers a fine power/intensity/minerality, elegance as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe black cherry and small notes of crushed wild strawberry associated with fine touches of violet, black plum as well as very discreet hints of chocolat, aromatic herbes (olivier, rosemary/sage), sense of the place and an imperceptible hint of pepper and tobacco. The palate is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a fine grain, tension as well as suavity and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy black cherry and small notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry associated with fine touches of black plum, violet/cornflower.local flowers as well as very discreet hints of ripe/crushed grape seed. Tannins are elegant, structuring and fine. Good length.
