It reveals notes of ripe pear, ripe apple and small notes of ripe/fleshy mirabelle associated with small typical chewed fruits, very fine hints of flowers/honeysuckle as well as very discreet hints of butter, sweet spices and sense of the place. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful finesse of the fat/grain, tension, finesse as well as an acidulous frame.
